Why is it that only women are arrested for indecent exposure?

Question

In some countries they are beaten for showing a forarm or ankle. But in others they are arrested for naked breasts and skimpy swim suits. I am sure that is the way it should be.
But why are men not arrested for showing their bodies? They say they are excited by the site of women's bodies. But the sex theripist at school says that women have the same feelings men do. Only they are excited by men's bodies.
So if men expose themselves shouldn't they be arrested and beaten? Middle eastern men do not have more testesterone.
that is a scientific fact. So why do they react more violently to the site of a female body? What do you think? Shouldn't men get in trouble for exposing themselves?

Most women do not show their reactions to the site of the male body. They say women are stupid but it is men who are stupid. They react so there fore it goes away.
Men in one area are nor more sexually inclinned. It is just that they get by with saying they can't help it and so they can beat up others and restrict others. Those males are just very insecure about their manlyness. The only way in that primitive culture they can feel like a man is to opress women.
I am so glad in USA men are very secure about their manlyness and do not need to oppress women to feel like a man. We have men in this country who are violent towards women because they have sexual problems only we call them perverts. They are just not capable of having a normal sexual relationship with a women. That is why they resort to such tactics. INstead of beating the woman we lock up the men. Why would a normal man need to gang rape a woman?
There has to be something seriously wrong with a man that has to do that. Maybe that is why they continue to blow each other up, maybe they are sexually flustrated.

Men are, if they expose themselves too much, at least in the US. Other countries are less restrictive for both males and females. I'm not sure what the rules are in Islamic countries, but I definitely think that they are unhealthily restrictive.

I know a man, a school teacher, that became drunk and used the bathroom on a street in downtown Dallas. He was arrested for indecent exposure.

So if men are arrested for indesent exposure then who calls the police?

I think in the USA they arrest men for that also. Can't say what they do in other countries never been outside the US.
But I do know in this state if a man goes around naked he is arrested.
I think that society expects women to be a little modest.
Which is a good idea for both men and women.
