The death of a close friend. It was so sudden...one moment he was there and the next he was gone. Made me realize how fragile life is and that i need to live the best i can.

The death of my sister in law she was only 38 and breast cancer killed her it has changed the way i think i always see sad stories and think it will never happen to me and i now realise it can be me live everyday as your last one day it could be
