When it comes to this relationship you like being part of a couple but at the same time you don't like being possessed by him. You like the idea of being in-love and sometimes this can be your biggest obstacle when you are in a relationship. It tends to stop you from either not getting involved with someone you shouldn't or from leaving someone you should. When you do break up with a boyfriend you generally play the martyr and wallow in self pity for a while but this relationship you're in now - it's different. It's new. (I'm not sure if it's new as in you haven't been with him for very long or new as in different for you.) Perhaps it's because this boyfriend is older than you or perhaps it is because there are other circumstances involved.
My word of advice for you is to be honest. Now is the time that you need to be honest with yourself as well as with him. Open yourself up - stop keeping secrets - stop being in denial. This relationship has potential.

you are to young for this guy and this relationship will never work. All he wants is sex from you. Get someone closer to your own age. There is a guy your own age that likes you but you have not given him a chance and if I was you I would. You are a good person but the only reason you are with this guy is to be popular with the older crowd.
