i'm just trying to make a MySpace account and it won't work.....I type in everything it tells me to (EVERYTHING!!!) and then it even goes to the captcha thing (where it shows you the jumbled letterss and makes you type them out to "prove you're not a computer") then it goes right back to Step 1 and says "We’re sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register on MySpace.com."
PLEASE HELP!!!!

I've tried being 18 (saying I was born in 1989) and I've tried using a different email address too. so i know those things aren't the problem

how old are you? thats probably the problem i know this is bad but if u really want an account and ur parents dnt care just lie about ur age.....

Well, to begin with, I believe that you need to be fourteen years old in order to use MySpace, so that may be the problem if you're under fourteen.
However, if you're old enough to use MySpace, then you may want to double check your information when you type it in.
Perhaps the information you typed in for the CAPTCHA section of the sign up page is case sensitive, in which case you should enter the code in exactly as it's shown.

Ah, yeah, it's happened to me before also.
It's probably because yr too young to have a myspace.
Or there's something wrong with your e-mail information.
I suggest using a different e-mail if anything to help solve the problem.

or you din't check their box agreement
