No. Instead of the egg implanting itself within the uterus, it implants some where else - like in the fallopian tube. Therefore it has nothing to do with the sperm.

Nothing to do with it. It happens spontaneously sometimes, but one factor can be previous pelvic inflammatory disease (basically undetected VD such as chlamydia or syphillis) that irritates the fallopian tubes, and causes scarring which keeps the eggs from getting where they need to go.
That's why girls should ALWAYS wear a condom, even if they are in a long term relationship. Men (and women) often have these diseases without even knowing it or having any symptoms.

No. Don't forget, the sperm is ejaculated into the vagina, and even if the penis was all of the way in, it would still be stopped by the cervix. The cervix is the closed opening at the top of the vagina and the sperm must squeeze through to get into the uterus to meet the egg.
