Let A = amount invested at 6%
32000 - A = amount invested at 5%

Interest = rate x principal

0.06A + 0.05(32000 - A) = 1770

0.06 A + 1600 - 0.05A = 1770

0.01 A = 170

A = 17,000

$17,000 invested at 6%
$15,000 invested at 5%

that's it! :)
