There are almost 5 million victims annually. 1,000 per day need treatment in hospital emergency rooms. Approximately 26 die per year. 34 people died this year, almost 25% in Texas. Most of the dog's owners served no time in jail. Will this ever stop?

No. You could walk into the Emergency room with the dog hanging on your arm and get charged with animal cruelty. The owners never suffer the consequences.

sry but no. in a perfict wrold, we would settle arguments with words not guns but we live FAR from a perfict world and i think that we r prety close from a hellish world. next thing u know nukes will be fireing. oh and the scary thing is that we have enogh nukes to dystroy the world 300+ time i think i may be a bit off but still we just should have 1 ruler so more can get done and we can help the wolrd.

Maybe you will be the one to stop it. You obviously care about the situation so take a stand and do something to stop the madness. You could start an organization. It's a good cause, so once public, people will join your fight against these cruel people. Good luck.
