I've hosted this symposium before, but the DEFINITION of SOLICITATION is ASKING, so by definition all questions are violable.
My own experience with this is when I posted a question asking PERMISSION (even had a signable waiver along with it) to insult other users.
63 people SIGNED UP, ALLOWING me to custom-create an insult for each. Several hours were invested, 40 stars received. Then the trolls decided that was too much fun for their tastes and deleted me for soliciting.
Appeals were pointless, despite my vigorous insistence Y!A team employ a dictionary.

I heart solicitation.
Maybe the fact that Yahoo associates solicitation with pregnancy and parenting is why they are so screwed up in the head.
