Okay, I'm concerned because this person is really nice and is hilarious...like she seriously makes anyone laugh. She's pretty, and she works out and everything seems fine. But on the inside she's boiling and she's pissed at everyone, she's paranoid and she thinks everybody hates her. She has a conscience and she's concerned about what she does, but not as much as she should be, she gets irrate to the point that she would love to kill the person she's pissed at, esp. her parents. She has no responsiblilty for her actions and she feels like her parents are out to kill her or hate her. Everyone expects her to have a boyfriend but she doesn't and hasn't had one in a long time and maybe she thinks it's because she puts out the "crazy" front, even though she makes sure to put on her "happy" mask in the morning. Her mom's afraid to sleep w/ her door unlocked b/c she doesn't want to get stabbed in sleep, even though she's never tried it? ...It's me and do you think something's wrong. Help?

I would say there are anger issues and maybe some life expectations that are not realistic. Counseling might help get to the bottom of whatever issues are deep inside that need to come out. The anger builds up inside and if it is not expressed it gets blown out of proportion and the consequences are great.
It is only when a person can identify what is the cause can they deal with it and turn their existence around. A journal sometimes helps. If you do free writes often, then thoughts can be made visible to yourself and you can see things you didn't notice before.
You may also like to pick up a copy of a book called the four agreements...gives a good perspective to things.

I don't think she's necessarily a sociopath or psychopath, but she seems to have some definite impulse control problems and probably some other sort of personality disorder. If you go to school with her, go immediately to your guidance counselor and tell them your fears.

Sounds like she needs to take up either boxing or Karate to work that anger out. Or join the Marine Corps.

if you think you know one you may be one, isn't the saying it takes one to know one, lol lol lol just joking, leave well enough alone for a fact you have no idea when anyone is going to snap or not snap or what is going to bring it on and neither do I or anyone else, you are just causing problems that are not necessary, this is where the stigma comes from, really
