Ahh, Fro, I do this all the time.
My best friend, she is French you see, and it ees not "uncommone" for me to talk with a French accent, simply because I love eet.
And after years talking with her, of course my accent is near perfect / parfait .
Sometimes in the past we have fooled people when we were out, they thought we were both French. Two blondes with French accents, men go a bit silly about French accents, I have no idea why. But I can tell you that women HATE it ! It's probably because the men like it ! hehehehe. They are all old cronies at the arts society anyway.
That sounds like we are up ourselves, but actually we're just a couple of stirring troublemakers :o)

Sometimes when I worked at the club, I did. I'm not sure what type of accent it was--just call it 'drunken Bethany'. It worked pretty well most of the time. I worked with a girl that looked Swedish and she pretended to not speak english and it made the guys CRAZY--they followed her around like she was a cat in heat.

I do it all the time. I'm an elementary school teacher. I'll read in accent I like, too, often changing throughout the day. Keeps everyone's attention without bother.

My friend and I went to the grocery store one night speaking in what we called fake French accents. We got some pretty strange looks. That was hilarious. LOL.

I would have a tough time speaking with one for more than a sentence! However I'd give it a try...I'd like to try English or Southern...
