Go to college. Major in political science, minor in at least one language (ideally, you should be fluent in several. It might be a good idea to work on your English skills as well). Learn as much about computer systems and techology as you can. And keep a clean record -- if you apply to the FBI or CIA, they won't look kindly on anyone with any arrests for drugs, drunk driving, etc.

If you're hoping that all you have to do is pick up a gun, put on a slinky black dress, and start jumping off buildings, you're in for a big surprise.

There are several intelligence agencies in the US government, with different methods for achieving employment. The CIA, FBI, NSA, and various branches of military intelligence each require a general education, plus specialized training just to work for them, whether or not you ever do "in the field" activity. That is not a barrier, however; if you are level-headed, intelligent and so forth, I don't suppose it's too difficult to apply once you are old enough. Even now, I wouldn't be surprised is there was a waiting list or suggested classes list they recommend for people to learn, that you could look at on line at their public websites.
