You keep asking these questions. Just go to the school's web site and read the details. They may have specific instructions that you need to follow. This is something that you (personally) need to do to get accepted. Its important.

Nah...but you do need to do a short answer. the question is what has influenced you most to apply to F&M?

I will advise you to fill the common app form...commonapp.org......then you get the supplement from there.....or else...you can go to their own website...and fill their application....goodluck....
