My birthday is starting to come up and i dunno what to ask for, my parents said that i could get a HDTV, a cheap one like a 26'' or 32'' Vizio for playing video games, or i could get a PS3, as long as its the only thing i get for my birthday. ;p
But long story short...
1) I want to get the HDTV for my wii and stuff, i'm getting Brawl ^^
2) Or should i get a PS3? my friends are recommending this..

i would do whatever you think would bennafit you most. after all it is YOUR birthday.however if you really want peoples oppinion that much then i would say a ps3 however if you are contempt with your wii then i would get a tv.but just think what you would get tired of quiker, a ps3 or a tv.
its your choice

HDTV means nothing for a Wii, as the graphics are not so great as HD will make any difference. If there are other reasons to go HD for you.... then that's another issue.
Based on what's written here, go with the PS3.

I would say get the HDTV and wait on the PS3. Maybe ask for it next x-mas.

get the hdtv, then a ps3, then an hdmi cable, then cod4!
