to add on to dans answer about wiki (which I think is the best source too)

"Saturn has a large number of moons. The precise figure is uncertain, as the orbiting CHUNKS of ice in Saturn's RINGS are ALL technically moons,"

"As of 2007, a total of 60 individual moons have been identified, plus 3 unconfirmed moons that could be small dust clumps in the rings. Out of those, 52 have been named"

so I'd say its a safe bet to say 52 (since they have been recognized with names)

"Only 7 of them are massive enough to have collapsed into spheroids under their own gravitation"

soooooooo if this is for a school assignment, I would approach the teacher stating the question is not completely defined, and is too vaque. It would be UNFAIR to receive a grade concerning the amount of moons Saturn has.

because it seems some teachers might be looking for the answer 7.....

Saturn is known to have sixty moons, many of which were discovered only recently and may be as small as two-to-three kilometers across. Seven are large enough to have achieved hydrostatic equilibrium and so would be considered dwarf planets if they were in orbit about the Sun; indeed one of these, Titan, is massive enough to retain an atmosphere denser than our own. There have also been sightings of three objects which may be moons, as well as eight "moonlets" only a few hundred meters across in a belt within the A Ring that is estimated to contain thousands of such objects.[1] A precise number of moons can not be given, as there is no objective boundary between the countless small anonymous objects that form Saturn's ring system and the larger objects that have been named as moons.

Saturn has 60 moons while Jupiter has 63.
I find that Wikipedia has the most up to date information.

According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saturn%27s_moons
"Saturn has 60 named natural satellites."

According to Wikipeida: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jupiter%27s_natural_satellites
"In astronomy, the moons of Jupiter are Jupiter's natural satellites. Sixty-three moons orbiting Jupiter have been discovered."
