when the devil comes to you and asks to seal your soul. This is a good thing, if your soul is sealed there is little chance of it escaping later. I cut my self on a cheese knife, luckily i was able to use the cheese as putty. That cheese stopped my soul from leaving my body. I love cheeses.

Depends. selling your soul can get you almost anything.
next time you encounter Ms. Devil, consider all the things you didn't get for Christmas. iPhone? VAIO laptop? Ford Mustang?
then consider if you think selling your soul is worth it.
