To get internet on the PSP first turn on the Wlan switch and then you need to be near an acess point.
If you dont have access to an access point the just buy an ADSL and an access point. Then just coonect the ADSL and the access point and then just go to the internet option and then click the scan button if you have put a password for your access point then just enter the password in the PSP and the get startd dude.

1st of all you will need an access point, go to the internet browser icon on the XMB of your PSP, follow the simple steps to setting up a connection, it will do a scan for an access point and if you have internet with wireless set-up it should pick that up very easily, once you are connected you should be able to browse freely, though the PSP has tight restrictions and in my opinion it's too limited for use (no flash, no videos, no java)
Basically for informational purposes only, if your still stuck this is the sort of question that can be easily googled, peace out ;)
