It does not hurt it, think about all the bikes, atv's, RV's that get use only through the summer.

Take the coil wire off and crank it 'till the oil lite goes out, then put the wireback in and start it. All the oil is back in the pan and all the parts are dry. We used to put junkyard motors in all the time, and they were fine.

Put a charge on the battery and a can of Dry-gas in the tank. 2 months is not bad, many motorhomes sit much longer.

Not much should happen - if - did the guy have a nearly full tank of gas when he parked it.....consdensation could have gotten in if the tank was low.......the battery will.be worn down.....that is small potatotes since you can recharge the battery easily..
More than likely a battery recharge will get things going for you.....

Nothing shoud be wrong with it , other than the battery might be low ( need charged) , that is if that was the truth about how long it has been garaged with out being driven.

you can avoid a dead battery by starting the engine and idling for a few minutes once every couple of weeks or so if you can.
