If the label is in good condition it will be worth something to a collector, if the label is mildewed, or water damaged, then almost nothing.
As for the don't drink it answer, that depends on the strength of the beer.
Anything over 7 or 8 percent will be perfectly drinkable, if stored correctly, for decades.
EDIT: Ebay has an empty 1933 quart bottle, with a fairly good label, for $9.99 - It also has a 1933 Stubby, with cap but empty, for $28 - Again, value is all down to condition & completeness
