The pictures of the young celebrities (ex. vanessa hudgens) that are quite innapropriate...are people being punished for exploiting them? I mean to me it seems like a child pornography case in the making. Opinions please.

hmm...I could have sworn that she was younger...I read about this in a blog where they said she was 15 or 16...
I do agree with those of you who think it is wrong how people are judging her based on the fact that she is a celebrity... but I guess I got the wrong information (which I know is easy to do on the internet )

plus: I know there is worse stuff out there ...I still have an opinion, and despite sounding like an old fogey at the age of 19, it is my right as an American to express my opinion

you're not the only one, it's sad that children are growing up thinking this is normal.
it totally disgusts me and it's one more reason i can't bear to bring children into this world.
its also a sad cheapened world where sex sells before talent.

She's just following her Hollywood peers, Paris, Brittany, Lindsey, Kardashian, etc. She is acting in a way that has become appropriate for her type AND those that now follow her. We are turning all our young girls into prostitutes.
Take away our traditional, Christian roots and this is what you get. A hedonistic society full of hate, sex, drugs and violence.
EDIT: The media does contribute to this. Without the media, who would know, who would care. The media enables this.

I agree, but the media has nothing better to do with their time than to exploit up and coming stars because it's technically their job to get the dirt on these people. It really sucks for them though, how long will it take to push them over the edge? If you or I did anything they did- who would give a care? No one. It's just because they are famous...and because they live in America. Rediculous.

She gave them to a friend. It's not like Vanessa was FORCED. She wanted to be a skankbag, let her and see the consequences. But she's not really a kid.
But then, there's kid porn that was probably forced, that's what's disgusting. But you see teens taking half-naked pics of themselves nowadays on Myspace. It is gross, I agree.

If you think Vanessa Hudgens et.al. are the worst things on the Internet, you seriously need to get out more.

I feel the same way. I hate it when I'm on a search engine and I look up a word like pumpkin for my haloween project, or calander for my history class, and there's tons of pictures of playboy magazines and etc.

It's CRAZY! Seriously, if people want to take pictures of themselves naked, keep them at home. Don't expose young children to the inapropriate pictures! I wish people would not do that. I personally think it is because weird people like to see celebrities naked. CRAZZZZY!!!

This all comes down on her. She should have taken precautions in hiding the pictures or she should have never taken them. But she's 18, she's legal, and she can do whatever she wants.

If you don't like what you see on the web then don't spend as much time online, or block those sites form your pc. Visit the sites on the web you need to and ignore the rest of it.
