M1V1 = M2V2

M1 = 18.4M
V1 = ???

M2 = 0.10M
V2 = 600mL

(18.4M)(V1) = (O.10M)(600mL)
V1 = (0.10)(600) / (18.4)
V1 = plug in the values above in the calculator
