I am looking to order newports on line.. but need a cheap site to do so.

They look cheap at some online places because you are evading the state taxes on them. Some states, notably PA and NJ, have started cracking down on that, and many people were shocked to get bills for hundreds of dollars or more in back taxes that they owed on these purchases. More and more states are likely to start doing this also.
