very likely seeing as how the stuff that makes up male ejaculate is present in precum. nothing is missing. and if you are at that time of the month, i would use protection of some kind so that i wouldn't get pregnant. it is highly likely that she can get pregnant.

Everything you ever wanted to know:

Pre-ejaculation is the liquid that seeps out of the penis before ejaculation occurs. Most guys have no control over it and cannot feel it coming out. This type of fluid does have sperm in it and can result in pregnancy. This is part of the reason why the withdrawal method of birth control is not as effective as other methods.

I dont know maybe its just me.. but i have never gotten pregnant from a guy pulling out- i dont know maybe your body is different. i personally would be worried about it- if you trully are scared- go and get the day after pill- you have 3 days from the time it happened. it is over the counter now.. and just be carefull next time.

no one can tell you for sure but it IS risky.
depends on the quality of his sperm as well as your body. sometimes ovulation doesn't even occur when we think it does.
if you don't want to get pregnant, use a condom or get the pill. otherwise you are always going to feel unsure.

If she's young and ovulating and he man's young and healthy, then it's very likely -- only takes one little swimmer to do the job.

Its as likely as when the guy cums inside her. What Im trying to say is that the chances are VERY high.

All it needs is one little "booger" who can swim fast and they are in precums as well.
