I 'had' Raynauds! Had as in for many years my feet went blue, even in a hot shower, blue! However they never went white and I never noticed any numbness, just purple, or blue feet that were ice cold. Had, since I got a Dog and started walking three miles three times a week, let alone wear 100% wool socks in the winter and cotton socks in the summer, under my winter Gortex boots and shoes in summer, the problem has resolved itself. Good Luck

There are many different symptoms of Raynard's syndrome. Everyone reacts differently to it. Some people have toes that go black, others have toes that go white. But you probably have Raynard's. Not much can be done at the moment. Just talk to your doctor and do what he advices. Good Luck and God Bless

I assume you found the bruises after your blood work - so you hemoglobin maybe lower - anemia. Though it does sound like Raynard's.
