So you got 50 TD's.........so you got 23 receiving TD's..............so you got 16-0..............The "great" Peyton Manning had 49 TD's in 15 games sure he could have threw 2 or better in week 17 had he played, so that's not that impressive..........The "great" Jerry rice had 22 in 12 games so 23 in 16 is not that impressive............and as far as the 16-0 that's just gonna make you guys the laughing stock of the NFL as well as the 1st team to go 16-0 and NOT win the Super Bowl!!!!!..............I am confident that Harrison won't drop a TD pass from Manning to save your a$$ the way Gonzales did.

Being a football fan, not a Pat's fan, I think the records that were set are special. While the records you mention are impressive also, hating the Patriots doesn't take away from what they've accomplished this season. We watched history last night. If a 16-0 season wasn't so special, it would happen a lot more frequently. I wish it were my team that had accomplished this, but it wasn't. Congratulations, Patriots!

Now, let me school you on something...

Jerry Rice, when he broke that record, there were only like two teams in the whole NFC that was even worth playing. So, yeah, he was going to have a record breaking season ( I still have lots of respect for him though )

Peyton Manning...correct me if I'm wrong, but Ben Rothlesburger had just had that accident and wasn't playing well all season, and as a matter of fact, had all of his "great" weapons available to him ( Addiai, Harrison, Bethea, etc). Minus all of that this year, if he is so great, why couldn't he repeat??

Now to the big record...
That record has stood for 35 years. Yeah, I don't care who you are, that's special.

Peyton also played in a dome, in sunny Jacksonville, sunny Houston and sunny Tennessee most of the season. Jerry Rice played in a shorter season but you cannot ignore that 23 is a great accomplishment and how many times has the Colts chased 16-0 and failed better yet how many times have they failed to win a Superbowl until last year

Well, I guess someone forgot to take their chill pills this morning or are you on some other type of dilusional medication?
These records are broken by the BEST and it's not easy breaking a record and it is a HUGE accomplishment
So, leave the Pats alone and get a life...

why dont you ask yourself this.

"Why do Colts fans think the records the Pats set aren't special?"

"Why are Colts fans so jealous that they're great Mr Manning couldn't get a undefeated regular season?"

They've done things no one has done before. 16-0...NOT A SINGLE TEAM has EVER done that. They set the record for most team TDs, most points in a single season, Most Passing TDs, most receiving TDs, and most players with a TD. yea Im sure thats not special.

The things that you say do make sense. But a record is a record. At least it isn't a huge black eye like a steroid bulked loser being the all time home run hitter like in the MLB. Also, the Colts are the better team between the 2, I have no doubt about that.

Well.....the 16-0 is somewhat impressive considering only one other team has done it....but I agree with your other 2 points. Brady and without a question Moss's records are impressive but not as good as Manning's and Rice's for obvious reasons.

Honestly, we don't, and neither do the Patriot players. Sure, breaking the records are nice and all, but in the end, none of it will matter if we don't win the Superbowl.

everyone talks about the colts. Right now they are very lucky to be 13- 2 when they could easily have been 8 - 8

Keep on denying that Peyton Manning's best record is now obsolete.

Patriots are the best NFL team, whether you like it or not.
