Most all of them are scams, as stated above. Even the ones that look legit like data entry usually turn out to be crap. I use Google Adsense as well as Amazon ads on my websites and they pay like clockwork every month. Good money too, especially considering I don't DO anything. If you want to learn more, send me an email. I spend a lot of my newly acquired free time helping other's get started.

Watch out for scams. Pretty much all of the "jobs" you'll find to work on the internet, including suggestions you'll get here on Yahoo Answers, are scams.
