14 lbs = 6.35 kg

In the UK and Australia, 14 pounds equals one "stone".
We don't use the term "stone" as a unit of measurement in the United States, very much.
I am adding this to the discussion because I think something is getting "lost in the translation".

I will agree with the other posters who said 1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds.

A stone is NOT a kilogram, if that's the answer you were after.

There is roughly 2.2 lbs for every 1 kg

So,

2.2 lbs = 1 kg

I will let you do the rest of the converting. While I am an engineer and scientist, I really think this a conversion that everyone should know.
