Most anything. It's been a while since I've REALLY eaten Chinese food, so I don't remember it exactly. I think it's called Black Bean Chicken? Not sure. I also LOVE Sweet & Sour Chicken and Chicken Steak and... and...

Oh heck yeah! I'm with you on the Sweet and Sour Chicken. There's a restaurant in San Rafael that fries the chicken pieces in what tastes like pancake batter. Mmmmm....

I don't have a favorite as i always go to a buffet and get a little of everything, and could eat Chinese food every day.
