I want to buy a different house but I don't know how to!!!! So I need to know how to cell your house on the Sims 2 for computer!!!!

Go to the neighborhood screen. Move the family out of the house and into the bin. Their house will automatically be sold at its current value, and they'll be given the money. Everything that is in the house will also be sold, so if you want to keep your furniture and stuff, you'll need to pick up each item and put them in a sim's inventory. Amazingly enough, a sim can have a whole houseful of furniture in their inventory -- pretty good for their back pocket. :-)
Then you can move your family -- with the simoleans they've acquired from the sale of their old house -- into whichever new house they can afford.

Adding on to what Steven said, since you lose your furniture when you sell the house, you can put all your furniture in your Sims' inventory when you move them out so you can keep your furniture. I think you need either Nightlife or Open for Business for the inventory option to be accessible though.

you can delete your home,restart your game,or build a new one and stay there.
