My doctor prescribed Loestrin 24 FE for me, and i'm kind of scared to take it, because i have an extreme fear of throwing up. Should this make me really nauseous?

I was afraid to take mine b/c/o that too. And I was prescribed the exact same pill. Just take it w/ a meal & you'll be fine. Oh and at bed time so if you do get nauseous, you'll be sleeping so it won't bother you as much. Nausea is common from bc but vomiting is not so much.

You can not take a pill with empty stomach. That why, you could get thrown up. You have to take a pills with foods. You should be perfect fine. You need to follow the instruction from your doctor. When you taking a medicine.

I've not taken that particular bc pill, but those I've tried had no problems with nausea at all.

If you're that scared of throwing up, have a package of dramamine nearby, or meclazine. There is a prescription anti-nauseant, but I can't remember the name. Ask your dr. if you need to.

You should be fine as long as you take them with food. I would not take them early in the morning and your stomach is sensitive them. I take mine around 11:00 at night with a light snack.
