why do cars with jet engines take so much time to move i mean that fire comes out for a long time before they go forward

It takes time for temperature to build up so they hold them on the brake for a long time.

Starting off at too low a temperature will cause flame out and the jet will just be spewing fuel out the back

It takes a few minutes to build RPM's. They don't have a clutch-they are holding a brake. Have to reach a certain RPM before they can light the after burner. The after burner is where the thrust starts.
Plus, it's to thrill us with anticipation.

It takes a few seconds for the rpm of the rotor blades to get up high enough to generate maximum thrust
