i had two slices of toast with Philadelphia cheese on it with sliced cherry tomatoes and a big steaming mug of tea. My daughters made me breakfast in bed as a sweetener to get me to take them sales shopping tomorrow.

Porridge oats, with a dash of powdered cinnamon (good for stabilizing blood sugar levels, as is porridge), and a dash of powdered ginger (good for blood pressure I read somewhere).
A couple of table spoons of skimmed milk powder for protein.
A good stir.
Same measure of milk and stir.
And into the microwave set high, for about 3 minutes, stirring and checking for thickness every 30/40 odd seconds.
Can get too thick otherwise.
Fills me up for the day ! Cheap too.
Grapefruit juice, good for stabilizing blood pressure, but you can't take it if you have used blood pressure drugs they say.
I think I would rather have grapefruit juice.
And coffee (not good for you), milk no sugar.
