Gluttony. All you can eat buffets, and even in a fast-food restaurant the combo's are more than a person should eat in one sitting. All our major holidays revolve around large feasts, and it seems we aren't satisfied until we're full!
Edit: I should also point out, that in a biblical sense gluttony can be really anything that is overdone, whether it be food or anything else.

you asked for simplest...of the 10 commandments, sex without being married is probably the most one committed one...I mean you're in a relationslip, it's part of you, you're not hurting anyone, but if you're not married to each other, you are hurting yourself in the long run, unfortunately it is a sin
