I don't think so, it's a really bad sin because only God may take someone's life.

And if you're thinking about it, please don't- I was in MAJOR crises one month ago and I wanted to die. I have used drugs, alcohol, my mum is another person, my dad has died, I quit school but I'm still here! Read a book about peoples story and think about it- it's not worthy.

that's what the bible says. But in my opinion, if you've got a good soul God will let you in. I was raised Catholic and was always told suicide sends your soul directly to hell. But then I had friends and family friends who committed suicide and they were good people. I just like to believe that if there is a heaven, that they'd be aloud to go because they were great people who just had problems that seemed overwhelming.

It depends, have you been good in life or bad?
What's the reason for committing suicide?
Have you been abused?
Or have you done somthing really wrong?

Also, there's alot or storys about what happens after you die.
Heavens just one of the options.
I'm not saying it's real but what I'm saying is don't be afraid of what happens when you die.

Most people who commit suicide had suffered from depression or are trying to get away from something bad they have done.

Suicide is NOT the answer.
Talk to someone.

That is the rumor. I don't know. I am not dead yet. But I don't think it is a good idea even if you could still get into heaven.

sixth commandment states that "thou shall not kill" any violation of any of the commandments is a mortal sin and you can't go to heaven for that.. the thing is, what if that person is insane or not of sound mind? that's something i have yet to find out..

It is all open to interpretation. If anyone gives you a definite answer that is just a human interpretation, and is no more reliable than your own thoughts.

If you are considering it though, try a drastic change of life... pull a Jack Kerouac and see what this world really has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

I believe they are. God knows our hearts and souls and judges us by that. People who take their own lives are not well, and God has compassion and love for us all. I assume you may be asking because someone you loved committed suicide, but if you are, PLEASE talk to someone. Counselor, minister etc. God bless! Happy new year too.

If they are saved and still believe then no, they would still get into heaven. But if they werent saved, then it doesnt matter. they would never go to heaven no matter how they died.

I believe that they are. Suicide is caused by depression, a real documented mental illness. God barring them would be like barring someone from heaven because they died of cancer.

I don't think they are allowed in to heaven as they did kill someone, themselves.
