I have 4 burial lots situated at Forest Lawn Covina CA , that have been fully paid. I am a single mother of 2, in dire need of cash to pay my daughters' schools and other bills.

Have you asked the cemetery?
Most of the time it's hard if not impossible to find a buyer for burial lots being sold privately. Sorry.

You might try local funeral homes. Sometimes they will keep a list of people who want to sell cemetary plots. You won't make a fast sale and you'll probably have to sell at a cheap price.
You could also try advertising them on Craigslist.
