I know some people who write a list, go out driving on a country road where no one else is going to be, let the list go out the window and drive back to find it. They believe that if they find it they'll have good luck throughout the new year and they'll stick with their list. If they don't find the paper, they write a new list and do those resolutions. What do you guys do?

Sorry, no list. But what a neat idea, to let it fly in the wind. Take the family, go out and find it, and come back home for a celebration.
This year I bought snacks, and videos, and novels, and beer, and plan to celebrate at home. My resolution is as always, to be a kinder, more generous person, and every year I get a little closer to being that person. This year I fibbed to my friends, we all agreed not to buy anything for each other for Christmas. I found out one fibbed to me, she did too buy me something, so I'm getting back at her, and bought beads to make jewelry for her, and our other friend.
Happy New Year!

I don't make them, it's silly when I know that I'm not going to keep them.
