DETAILS: Natural gas leak in my apartment for 31/2 years. I called the co everytime I smelled it, they woud come out everytime, their answer was, "It must be a small leak, we can't find it, besides it will only cost pennies a month and it can't hurt you, it can only asphiciate you or blow you up." I moved in 8-13-96,1-29-97 went to e.r. coughing up blood, admitted w/ pnemonia and later that night put onlife support for 5 days. When I woke up I thought it was next day. Released with asthma, emphysema, keratosis polaris(skin thing), bi polar. several mths later had cervical cancer then 5 connected lumps in breast, constant colds, sinus infections, tired, dizzy, threw up every am, then one day I knicked my hand and within 18 hours it grew from a pin prick size to silver$ with lymhatic streaking to armpit. I have had 80-90 of these with all negative workups.on1 -27-05 something happened in my head, pain, ended up on helicopter, triple brain aneurysms w/stroke= 13 hr brain surgery on 1-28-05.

What was the nature of that exposure? Mercaptan is the smelly stuff added to odorless gases to make it easy to tell if you have a gas leak there. Did you really have a gas leak for 3 1/2 years. Methane (CH4) is a common fuel that bubbles up from swamps and landfills. Do you live near a landfill that is giving that off?
