Say you have a long long day ahead of you. You get up in the morning with energy and start your day. By 4pm, your getting tired. So, you go out for a walk, jog or whatever and you come back recharged and ready to finish out your evening. Its like a burst of energy that recharges you and lets you keep going.

it kinda means to catch your breath so u can keep going so to speak.you're needing extra oxygen when u say that generally.
