My mom is having baby girl twins next month. We have chosen to name them Jessica Mae and Jennifer Lucia. What do you think. Mae is my grandma's name and Lucia is my mom's name.

BTW Jessica is my mom's best friend's name (she's know her for 35 years!!) and Jennifer is something like my g g great grandma's name or something!!

No we aren't changing the names.
And as for the nicknames my parents decided that they were cute nicknames and anyway when they are olkd wnough they can can themselves Jess/Jen or Jessica/Jennifer if they wish.

Jennifer Lucia doesnt really sound right but Jessica Mae sounds cute maybe u should switch the middle names

My grandmother was Viola Mae and if I have a girl she'll be Alani Mae. Mae is a great middle name. Jessica and Jennifer are solid winning names that any girl will appreciate growing up!

I like the names you guys picked out. They're both similar (begin w/ J and have double letters) but not too similar. I hate it when people have twins and name them like will and bill.

Jessica mae is fantastic...For the secodn twins The names are really nice but I don't like the joining between Jennifer and Lucia....i think that you should change the second names,Lucia...you could use the english version of Lucia,Lucy...Jennifer Lucy is better than Jennifer Lucia...are you agree??kiss kiss From Rome..

They're lovely. It's nice to see someone choosing traditional names instead of the modern trend towards made up names. We are easily categorised by our names and children do much better in school and employment if they aren't given chav names.
