Yes, provided you have the prerequisites.
Do not get an MA in human services (this is not a well accepted degree and is usually developed by schools that don't want to get an accredited MSW program - it is also a degree that is not eligible for licensure).
You can look up accredited MSW programs at www.cswe.org and from there can see their admissions requirements.

Yes I believe you can... Business has a broad path you can specialize in almost anything... for example Education, Criminal Justice, IT, even Fashion Merchandising... and this is just off the top of my head ;O) hope this helps!
