I heard about the PSP a long time ago, but the games seemed to be more violence and for boys, but are there any games for girls? Please name them. I want a PSP, but my parents went through so much trouble and spent so much money to buy me a DS lite. I already have 4 games and yes they're girl friendly. Should I still get the PSP or buy things for my DS that the PSP has. Like internet, multi-media, etc.

Are there any games for the DS lite to go onto the internet?
Is it just a cartridge or does it need another card to go into the gameby advance slot? Is it affordable and worth the money? What does it do? Does it work well?

Is there a multi-media card for the DS lite? Is it affordable and is it worth the money? What does it do? Does it work well?

Are there any cartridges ONLY and nothing for the slot 2 for internet or multi-media?

Is there anything else to use for the DS lite that the PSP has?

What are the disadvantages and advantages for the DS lite and the PSP?

I would say no don't get a psp. The nintendo systems are the only ones that have mario games and the nintendo ds lite is the only handheld system besides the gameboy that has mario games. Also, it is interactive with the stylus and you can get better games because of it. You can also get the interactive brain training games such as "Brain Age" and "Big Brain Academy". I think it would be worth the investment to buy the other multimedia packages for the DS and also if you want to buy a psp, the cartridges for the psp come seprate so you would have to buy them anyway whether you have the DS or the PSP.

For my money, the PSP is a better system. I base that on the following: For a cost that is ~$80 higher than the DS system (and nothing else) you get:

Online connectivity
1 GB of storage
A video / music player*
A image / picture storage device*
An AC Adapter
Daxter game
Family Guy UMD video

* Transferring files does requre a compatible USB cord, costing $15, pushing the total price to $215.

Granted, the video is meaningless, and the game may not be to your liking, but the other abilities make PSP a better overall entertainment system than you have with the DS. With the PSP, you are getting a game system and a 1 GB video ipod (except it's not corrupted with annoying Apple "technology.")

Of course, the game system is the meat of the issue, and a game system is really only as good as it's library. You said you were looking for "girl friendly" games.... and I'm not really sure what you mean by that. Why shouldn't a girl be into SOCOM or Tony Hawk?

PSP does have a good selection of games, most of which sell used at around $20. There are a number of fantasy RPGs, Strategy games, Puzzle Games, Platoformers and others that fall outside of the "SOCOM" type "guy" game.

The PSP is a better system, dollar for dollar, but there are more dollars to be spent. The system is upgradable to up to 8 GB, and if you want to update on the road, T-Mobile offers Hot-Spot services.

i could could desire to declare the PSP. that's have been given lots of great video games and that's meant to be area unfastened so which you would be able to play video games from everywhere interior the international. additionally jointly as the application that includes the Psp is somewhat pants before everything that's generally updating itself. do no longer forget approximately that Sony is meant to be making it into yet another controller for the PS3. and finally in case you have a Ps2 or have performed on one interior the previous the way the keys are set up are wide-unfold. Yeah PSP every time for me.

There's no law saying that games are for boys or for girls. What games do you have for DS, btw? Eh...forget it. Rather than tryign to get more information...

Here.

Look through that list and see if there's anything you like.

Depending on whether you like more than one game on there is the answer to whether or not you should get a PSP.
