This guy starts off in california where he gets all of his ninja gear. Then he goes down to this golf course and kills alot of people. Then, the cops kill him. Then his spirit goes into this girl and he starts killing the cops who killed him. Can anybody help? Thanks so much.

...oh, heck yes!!! You're talking about one of my favorite cross-genre type of movies, and the last of the Cannon Films Ninja flicks, which featured actual ninja master Sho Kosugi; the film is called "Ninja III: The Domination", from 1984...
...oh-so beautiful and sexy Lucinda Dickey (...serving out her 3-picture Cannon Films contract, which also included "Breakin'" and "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo") stars as an aerobics dance instructor, who moonlights as a telephone repair woman; while atop a phone pole, she observed a wounded ninja-uniformed figure below. She tries to help him, and ends up getting possessed by the dying spirit of the ninja, who uses her form to enact vengeance upon the police officers who killed him...including one who has fallen in love with the girl, and tries to help her. Sho Kosugi stars as a one-eyed master ninja, who is called in from Japan, to do battle with, and destroy the evil ninja spirit...and he's apparently crossed swords with this evil apparition before, in his human form...
...sorta a cross between a ninja movie, "Flashdance", "The Exorcist" and "Poltergeist", this most ususual and eclectic action flick has yet to see release on DVD (...it's been on my 'want' list for years, now!!)...

no need to answer since you've gotten a complete one above. anyway it's one of my favorite sho kusugi ninja movies. and i can't believe it's still not on dvd.
