Is it bad to burn an 8x DVD at 16x speed?

What is the problem?

Yes. I'm not sure what would happen if you do that though. It could break the DVD, theoretically, but I think it's just more likely to cause errors in the burning process. Just burn at the appropriate speed. Good night!

Yes! It will not record correctly-it might not record at all.
