we were all English 11 of us but now 2 an we have been treated badly but wont leave? his race of people only employed 2month ago don't speak English an they have been given the work? the other English have been employed 2years? this must be wrong an racist? they tried to get rid of me before but i fought an won as i was judged by some1 elses work an some1 elses time off it was proven an ever since hehs had it in 4 me,we were all English but they were treated so unethically they gave up the ghost an left, you would not believe the treatment that has been injured an swallowed as i need this job that could be done standing on your head? but as i am a single mother an took the cleaning job as cash is cash it was in another contractors hands who gave me allowances 4school holidays but this 1 has not even reged my contract an dont tell me or other lady if were not working to standard even though were working better then the other he just sends us warning letters without the verbal warning?

you have what is called an AT WILL employment, meaning they can terminate you ANYTIME for ANY REASON OR NO REASON, and you can QUIT anytime for any reason or no reason. If you had an employment CONTRACT, the terms of the document would control your employment, and if you were a member of a UNION, the union agreement would control.
