it all depends what you are hunting for, for waterfowl try the dayhunt places on the katy prairie, for deer you will have to get a lease or just get permission from a landowner, like i say it depends what you want to hunt

Anyplace you can get a hunting lease. There are no public lands to hunt on in Texas. You have to either own the land or lease it from the owner. Good lease are expensive and hard to find.

a few hours away in Louisiana. Sportsman Paradise. Or New Orleans, but People hunting is illegal. They do it anyway there, but don't care about the law

you can't do that in the city limits, you have to go to the country to do that. try Montgomery County.
