It's been about four years since I cried I was sad because my favorite cousin died from cancer. =(

I haven't cried since I was 15, I got dumped by a girl I actually loved and I've never been as sad since, not even at my grandparents funerals. I'm not sure I'll be capable of being that sad again.

I don't cry often. Even if I do I make sure to let it all out when no one is around. But it doesn't mean that I'm happy at all other times. The only time I remember when I couldn't control my tears when my brother (not cousin) died last year.

I am sorry for your lost! I hope that you know your cousin is in a better place! Oh yeah and the last time that I cried was about... two weeks ago because my friend and I got into a huge fight and yeah (LONG STORY!)

last week on Xmas eve ... I was very depressed
I basically have been told it's unlikely I'll ever have kids and I found out my hated ex best friend had her 2nd child at the age of 19 on the 21st of December ... She can't afford the kid and hates the guy she got pregnant by where as I'm happily married, have the money, and so on .... ... After 2 miscarriages and so on ... I was just soo frustrated

You mean a real boo-hoo all out crying, or just a short self-pity that brings up some tears?
The all out was about two years ago, when my husband committed suicide. Well, and for some time after, on occasion, when I talked about it with my therapist and my friends.
But earlier this morning, when a pain grabbed me suddenly, I got a dose of self-pity and my eyes got teary. I'm a real baby about pain.

Probably Christmas Eve I did for a little bit cause my family members were talking about someone that died 2 years ago and they were saying good stuff about her.

I have to cry at least once every three months. Just gets the feelings out, I dont even have to be really sad, just makes me feel good to have an intense feeling like that every once in a while.
