I like all of them.
I would go with Samantha & call her Sammie
For a boy Samuel & call him Sam
Molly is cute, not so common any more
I really like Lily, it's a very pretty feminine name...
God Bless you and your little miracle...

Love Lily, Sam is ok, and Molly reminds me of a dog. My dog is named Molly too so I wouldn't use it for my kid. Sam is kind of masculine too, so I would use Samantha and then she can go by Sam if she wanted. I like Sam for a boy though.

I like the name Molly and Lily. I really don't like the name sam or samantha it seem to much of a rebel name that wouldn't go along with what seem to be two princess like names I would replace the Sam with a sarah or something of that sort.

Sam is too common, I don't really care for Molly, but Lily is alright.

I love Sam.
I love Molly, (alternative spelling: Mollie)
but i'm not crazy about Lilly.
if Sam is for a girl i'd name her samantha though
but for a boy, just sam is fine.
good luck!

I like the name sam but I would call her Samantha and then call her Sam for short. I dont like Molly because it just sounds too babyish and cute which will be fine when she sa baby amd a toddler but when she's older it would just sound a bit... stupid. Lilly is okay but i like Sam best
