It seems now and days people don't know the real definition of child molesting. The person who can get the closest to the correct definition will get best answer


Clue:One can be over 18 and the other could be under but that is not child molesting.

It varies from state to state, so there would be no correct definition here. However, they do separate the abuse charges based on age.

I'm clueless why I would need to know the "real definition" of child molestation. It's like I don't have any need to know the definitions of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree murder to know that they are illegal or immoral.
