First I would evaluate the situation at hand. Then if it was decided that we would perform an attack then I would be staying. If it was decided that the situation is too unsafe then I would be pulling out.

D Other. I'd create a fire break by clearing the brush in a line and then setting fire to the brush between the fire and the line. When the brush fire reached the fire break it would go out due to lack of fuel. Meanwhile I'd tackle the chemical leak wearing breathing apparatus and protective clothing.

(B) This assumes that like most chemical plants the tanks are set well back from a fence inside which there is not likely to be more brush. A natural firebreak.

I wonder how it would have been in New Orleans if all the firefighters and police and rescue crews had stayed and done their job instead of fleeing and then blaming the president instead of, oh, I don't know, themselves or the mayor (who the city re-elected) etc. etc. etc.
