I have a Kenmore 88752 Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer. The drum is not balanced and it makes noise when it spins. I checked the level and it seems to be OK. Is there a problem with drum bearing? Is it better to buy a new unit instead of fixing it? Thx...

there are 4 springs in there what you need to do is tilt it to the wall and have someone hold it while you inspect the springs. it one looks like it came out of its boot you will notice it. its a fairly easy fix i do it everyday
