My son downloaded a couple of free games and after that I got viruses. It's TROJ_CONHOOK.GH located in my system 32 folder as NNLJGE.DLL. My virus scanner says it cleaned the file but it still gets picked up as if it's still active. I tried to delete the file and it won't allow me to saying other programs are using the dll file. How can I get rid of this or how can I find out what else is using that file so I can delete. It's slowing my computer down severely and I have done everything I know to do. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for all the answers so far...
Rebooting in safe mode then deleting,
Removing games, and searching for the file then deleting are not successful remedies. I still get "cannot delete dll file because another program or user is using this file" (paraphrased). Keep sending me suggestions! Thanks!

I ended up wiping everything out and re-installing Windows. It worked though it was drastic. Thanks everyone!

Please go to your tray and if you actually have a file name, then open start, run and type in: c://program files, click on browse, click on program files and look for the file name. (There will be no dll., only file names you have downloaded into your system.). If the file is there delete, if it says write protected or being used by another file, then reboot and try again to delete. (If still will not delete, ctc., me and I will direct you to a free software that will delete a write protected, or file being used by another software.

When you have completed this task, go to start, search and type in the search box: nnljge.dll and let your pc search for all related files for that dll. When found delete from the top to the bottom. If any say being used, then reboot and try again.
